- What is the Brown Bag Project?
We provide nutritious meal bags packed with staple goods.
- Who?
Anyone in need of food. A person may come twice a month for a meal bag.
- Where?
Canterbury United Methodist Church on Overbrook Road in Mt. Brook, Alabama.
- When?
Every Friday from 10 until noon in the church dining room. Registration begins at 10:00.
- How do I volunteer?

- How do I donate to the project?
Gifts of non-perishable food and/or monetary donations are always excepted. The food list is below. If you'd like for us to do the shopping, simply charge by credit card or make a check out to CUMC-BBP.

- How do I help a homebound friend?
If you know of anyone who is homebound and cannot physically come to Brown Bag on Fridays because of illness or disability, click here for more information.
