Weekly Fall Schedule for The Brown Bag Project 2013

September - December

Individual volunteers are welcome and encouraged to come. WE LOVE NEW FACES!!!

****FYI... our weekly rotation begins when the 1st of a month falls on or just before a Wednesday.****

1st week of each month

Wednesday: Covenant Class- Pack 1/2 meal bags from 10-noon in the Dining Room

Disciples Class- Pack 1/2 meal bags in the Dining Room starting at 5:30p.m. Other help is welcome!

Friday: Covenant Class- in charge of hospitality in Canterbury Hall and bag distribution from the drive-thru.

2nd week

Wednesday: JOY Class- Pack 1/2 meal bags from 10-noon in the Dining Room

Singles Class- Pack 1/2 meal bags at 5:30 p.m.- in the Dining Room

Friday- TBA on Hospitality beginning in September 2013. Check with Peggy Rafield at 616-0316 for more information.

3rd week

Wednesday: Crawford Owen Class- Pack 1/2 meal bags from 10-noon in the Dining Room

Aldersgate Class- Pack 1/2 meal bags at 5:30 p.m. in the Dining Room

Friday: Crawford Owen- Hospitality in Canterbury Hall and distribute meal bags from the drive-thru.

4th week

Wednesday: Tricia Fraley & Friends /Spring Valley School students- Pack meal bags at 10:00 a.m. in the Dining Room.

Seekers Class- Pack meal bags at 5:30 p.m. in the Dining Room

Friday: UMW Circles- Hospitality in Canterbury Hall; Seekers Class- distribute bags from the drive-thru.

5th week (rare but on occasion)

If a month has a 5th Wednesday & Friday, we may opt to be closed.

Check with the church before coming to help.
